Delivery
The event will take place on June 7, 2024 at the Diplomatic Complex in Mamaia. After completing the registration process on our website, your tickets for participation in the event will be sent to the email address provided upon registration.
Please check your inbox, spam or promotions folder of your email address carefully, in case our confirmation might end up there. Tickets will be issued electronically, eliminating the need to print them. We advise you to have your tickets ready in electronic format upon entering the venue, either on your mobile device or in an easily accessible format.

Return/cancellation of participation fees
Cancellations of participation registered until May 30, 2024 are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid. For cancellations of participation registered starting with May 31, 2024, respectively for participation requests registered starting with May 31, 2024, the fees will no longer be refundable.
