The User declares and understands that the Company has the right to make any changes to the Event, including, but not limited to, changing the location, changing the date of the Event, changing the persons invited as speakers during the Event, if these changes are the result of events beyond the Company's control (e.g., termination of the collaboration with the owner of the space where the Event was to be organized/with the person invited as a speaker for reasons attributable to them). In this case, the Company undertakes to notify the Users as soon as possible of the changes that have occurred. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he has the right to request the termination of the contract concluded with the Company regarding participation in the Event within the term indicated in the notification, with the consequence of the Company refunding the price paid and the User losing the right to participate in the Event.
The User declares and understands that the Company will not be liable for any improper functioning of the lighting system, the electrical system of the space where the Event is to be organized, or for any malfunctioning of the audio/video systems, as well as any hardware or software elements that are not the property of the Company and that prevent the Event from taking place in optimal conditions. Any claims regarding any damages suffered as a result of the malfunctioning of the above will be directed against the owners of the rented space, respectively against the owners of the equipment that malfunctioned.
The User declares and understands that the Company will not be liable in any way for the content and/or manner of transmitting information within the Event by the participants in the Event as speakers, partners or in any other capacity. The entire responsibility for the originality, correctness, accuracy of the information transmitted belongs to the presenters invited to the Event. Any claims, complaints or notifications made by the Users in relation to the content and/or manner of transmitting information by the participants in the Event, including, but not limited to, claims, complaints or notifications regarding violations of the rights belonging to third parties, violations of public order norms, deviations from the announced subject and theme of the Event, will be directed directly against the participant in the Event, the Company having no responsibility in this regard.
