It is the belief that underlies the series of events and the community. NETWORKING AND WINE by Studio CLARO , initiated by Teodora Penes and Adrian Penes , Dora's husband 😊 .

First event Networking and Wine took place in March 2023, at Studio Claro with 20 people, starting from the need for networking in a non-formal environment. And the year ended with the 8th edition in November 2023 – at Local House Constanta, with 90 people.
Let me tell you how my involvement and Dolphin Travel & Events in this project, a moment that I will always remember, with great fondness. A few hours before the start of the July edition, I called Adi Penes, and I said "What you're doing is really great, I appreciate your idea and initiative. Do you want me to help you with something? I don't know why I haven't asked you this before.", to which Adi says "Wow! Just today I was wondering if it was worth continuing the project, I doubted that I could continue, because it requires great efforts.".
And just like that, I literally got goosebumps, and I told myself that nothing is accidental and that it's a sign that I should come with a small contribution, through my experience in event industry.

Thus, we got involved as an organizing partner and as a sponsor in the last 2 editions of this year, the 7th and 8th, and I can't wait to prepare the first edition in February 2024.
Adi and Dora created, in an informal setting, a new opportunity to connect people of business from Constanța, but not only, who work in various fields of activity and thus put Constant on the events map Networking informal. Why NETWORKING & WINE? Because both create a relaxing atmosphere, which facilitates discussions and building business relationships.

Behind the curtain:
Because I know that many people don't realize the efforts that go into organizing an event, I'll detail here just a few of the activities carried out by Adi and Dora. It's not easy at all, you know!
- Managing participant lists (tens / hundreds of messages, phone calls, emails)
- Communication with sponsors (dozens of phone calls, messages, emails)
- Event logistics (space, serving, wine tasting, tables, etc.)
- Presentation updated with each edition
- Video-photo services
- Social media posts (they also created a Facebook group Networking & Wine, where I invite you to join)
- Email before and after the event
- Post a photo on the website
- And many others... which means sacrificed time, time that they could have spent with their son Andrei, whom I even heard Dora ask once: "Are you coming late again? When you have an event for children, should I be with you too?"„
We strongly believe that business is done between people and not between companies, and it seems that those who participated in the 8 editions also believe this.
